Head Shots & Big Dreams

Can I be real with you? It's been a rough month.

I've been getting sick again and again.  When I'm not sick, I'm sun burnt. Then I get sick because I am sun burnt. My body's been through the wringer since the month of July started! Additionally, one of my best friends lost two family members within a one-week period, and I am a firm believer that you simply do for the ones you love.

I don't say all of this to vent a month's worth of frustrations that have been building (though I must say, I'm finding it therapeutic). I say all of this rather to express gratitude for my clients who have been so gracious and understanding when their final photos haven't gotten to them in my typical time frame.

That brings us to this young man: Gabe.

 

Gabe has begun a journey that most of us never have the guts to begin. He is chasing after a dream that most of us never dare to, and pursue a career in modelling.

 

Gabe was very fun to photograph, and very gracious when life kept getting in the way during the editing process. I had the distinct pleasure of getting to take his first head shots to submit to agencies to begin living his dream.
