I first met Jamie when she was a high school freshman. I was an aide in her school's library, and she and I instantly clicked. I was endlessly entertained by how fun and quirky her personality was, and at the same time impressed by how wise she seemed to be-- far beyond her years. As our friendship has grown, she continues to impress me with her wisdom and wit, how incredibly kind her heart is, and how brave she continues to prove to be in the face of every challenge and adversity (y'all, she babysits my crazy dingo-pup for me... THAT is bravery!). Jamie is the kind of daughter I hope to have one day, and just a genuinely good person. I have had such fun getting to be a small part in this young lady's life, and getting to photograph her was just a blast. Check out the shots from our session!
